I provide therapeutic massage using modalities that are tailored to fit your needs and expectations.  I focus on applying effective and evidence-based techniques to help reduce pain, ease stress and support the mind-body connection.  My easy-access office is located near downtown Woodland in a private, quiet area that is free from the hassles of limited parking.  

My prices, you might notice, are much lower than many other massage establishments in the area.  The reason for this is based on my compassion for those in need of therapeutic massage and relief from pain and tension.  I charge a flat fee based on time and while I offer various specialties such as cupping, hot stone, prenatal, medical massage and aromatherapy, I do not charge extra for these add-ons.  

One more thing that I offer is mobile services for those who are house-bound.  I do charge extra for this based on location. 

I also offer therapeutic movement sessions for people who are struggling with chronic pain and limited range of motion.  As a fifteen year student of the science of chronic pain I am able to help my clients understand possible reasons for their pain and how to practice and explore gentle movements that are designed to release restrictions, ease tension and regain blocked flow.
